Heidi's passion for wellbeing began in 2001 when she completed her first level of Reiki training. After taking time away while raising her children, Reiki found its way back into her life during her own healing journey, inspiring her to complete her Reiki Master training and reconnect with her passion for helping others.
In 2006, Heidi began working in casework, supporting mothers to rebuild confidence, recognise their strengths and develop resilience as they returned to the workforce. While this was the beginning of her journey, her experience continued to grow as she worked alongside people facing a range of complex life changes.
Throughout her career, Heidi has gained experience across disability and inclusion, homelessness and domestic and family violence further strengthened her commitment to supporting individuals and families through difficult times, and deepened her passion for creating safe, compassionate spaces where people feel heard, understood and supported.
As her experience grew, Heidi recognised the importance of being able to provide deeper emotional support. This led her to complete her counselling qualifications and expand the ways she could help others.
Today, Heidi brings together years of experience supporting people through life's challenges with a compassionate, person-centred approach that values dignity, respect and genuine connection.
Heidi believes wellbeing is about supporting the whole person - mind, body and spirit. Rather than seeing wellbeing as just one piece of the puzzle, she takes a holistic approach that recognises each person's unique experiences, strengths and goals.
Whether through professional counselling or holistic therapies, Heidi provides a safe, compassionate and respectful space where clients feel heard, supported and empowered.
Heidi believes that, with the right support, people can rediscover their inner strength, build resilience and create meaningful positive change in their lives. She welcomes people from all walks of life, including LGBTQIA+ clients, and is committed to providing personalised care that honours each person's unique journey.
